KECO Legal is a full-service law firm with more than 15 lawyers and four of-counsel in İstanbul. The firm was founded in 2019 by our like-minded, client-driven, each being experts in their respective practice areas, with the desire to provide effective and commercially driven legal solutions in line with the needs of clients; by utilizing their in-depth experience gained from having worked on Turkey’s leading projects and matters, and their unique innovative insights.

KECO has a young but talented, dynamic and experienced team, assembled with the above seeks to offer its clients the utmost legal support tailored for the specific needs of each client and transaction and to find quick, effective and efficient solutions to their diverse and complex problems.

Our firm’s practice areas are principally divided into two, namely “consultancy services” and “dispute resolution”. Our consultancy services include transaction advisory services, notably in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, along with advisory services relating to general corporate law, capital markets, banking and personal data protection legislative framework. Our dispute resolution team provides a wide range of services from civil law and employment lawsuits to enforcement proceedings, from criminal actions to general dispute management and in particular, inter-shareholder disputes. Furthermore, our team also has profound experience in family law, namely in divorce and inheritance lawsuits.
