Hammouri & Partners is a leading multi-practice law firm with head offices in Amman, Jordan. The Firm was established in 1994 by the late Professor Mohammad Hammouri (1940-2022), who was a renowned attorney and an international Arbitrator; also, a former Minister of the Government of Jordan and an author of a plethora of legal publications. The Firm is currently overseen by Managing Partner, Dr. Tariq Hammouri, following the return of Dr. Hammouri in October 2020 to the Firm upon the completion of his tenure as the Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply at the Jordanian Government. In 2023, the Firm has expanded its services to cover the whole of Iraq. Dr. Hammouri oversees all offices of the Firm, namely the Amman, the Baghdad and the Erbil offices.

At the Amman office, the Firm currently employs a dynamic team of more than 40 persons, legal and support personnel, each of them an expert in their field of practice. At the Baghdad office and the Erbil branch in Iraq, the Firm employs an expert team of 5 legal experts, in addition to other professionals on a project basis.
